0:00first up some housekeeping if you are 0:02interested in hearing from me on a 0:0530-minute format all about Ai and 0:08strategy and how you build in an 0:09evolving landscape today is your last 0:11chance to sign up for a lightning lesson 0:13that I'm doing tomorrow on Maven I will 0:16put the link in the 0:17description next we're going to move to 0:20the big event for today in AI which is 0:22the Azure ignite conference they are 0:25going to be focused on agentic AI which 0:27is the big theme that we've seen over 0:29the past few months from major model 0:32Builders and they have a number of 0:36building blocks they're announcing ahead 0:38of time as a way to sort of queue up the 0:40audience I want to call out a few I may 0:41do a second followup on this when they 0:43actually do the whole conference and do 0:45all the announcements I'm sure they will 0:46save something they want to drop uh but 0:49the three that I want to call out that 0:50they announced ahead of time number one 0:53the AI agent service for your your 0:56personal life so this is one I I expect 1:00it will be their consumer Flagship 1:02launch more or less you can clone your 1:05personal voice I could clone my voice 1:07with uh azure's AI agent and at that 1:11point it can actually speak in my voice 1:15to someone who does not speak English in 1:18the language of their choice and it 1:21sounds like me speaking that language 1:23and so they're sort of pitching it as a 1:25consumer facing AI interpreter that 1:28doesn't just sound like you know Scarlet 1:30Johansson speaking but actually sounds 1:33like you speaking in that language so I 1:35could go to France I could go to Paris I 1:36could order a baguette and I could do so 1:39in my 1:41voice we'll see how that one goes uh I 1:44suspect there will be interesting bugs 1:46uh which brings me to number two uh 1:48they're actually doing a zerod day quest 1:50for AI bugs and perhaps having noticed 1:54some of the issues Google Gemini has had 1:57recently they are calling out an extra 2:00bug Bounty a doubled bug Bounty for any 2:03bugs that are found related to 2:04artificial intelligence so if you are 2:07someone who likes to hunt bugs this is a 2:10nice chance to double the bounty on any 2:12bugs that are found uh related to AI 2:14with 2:15Azure uh and finally they are announcing 2:19for developers uh a service that enables 2:22developers to build multi-agent 2:24workflows easily now I'm putting that 2:26last because it's probably the most 2:28powerful release longterm 2:30but it's also sort of the most table 2:32Stakes if you are a major model builder 2:36it's amazing how quickly things change 2:38we've gone from a world where we weren't 2:39even talking about agents seven or eight 2:42months ago to a world where major model 2:45Builders are just producing Frameworks 2:48and betas for multi-agent workflows all 2:51the time so Claude release computer use 2:55open AI has a framework for agents and 2:58of course now Microsoft is getting in on 3:00the game and making sure that you know 3:02they have a full Enterprise service for 3:05multi-agent as well we will see how that 3:08works in practice uh these sorts of 3:11things tend to get Road tested by 3:12developers fairly quickly but those are 3:14the three things I wanted to call out 3:16prior to the conference so AI agent 3:19service for developers the zero day 3:21quest for AI bugs sounds like it's a 3:23nice little Bounty they do not want 3:26embarrassing def sort of defects coming 3:29up in their in their Azure uh news 3:32cycles and then last but not least the 3:34personal interpreter agent which I think 3:37would be fun when I travel I would love 3:39to go to Japan and not sound absolutely 3:41horrific uh and maybe this is a way that 3:43I can do that probably not like I 3:46suspect I will still sound horrific in 3:48Japanese but one thing at a time all 3:50right cheers
